Matthew Godwin
Director
Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge from working across nearly every trade in the construction industry for the past 15 years. He is dedicated to mastering all aspects of building, allowing him to apply his diverse expertise to every stage of the construction process. Committed to delivering exceptional quality, Matthew’s hands-on experience ensures each project is executed with precision and care.
Cameron Coetzer
Project Manager
Drawing on a decade of industry experience, Cameron excels at guiding projects from concept to completion. Known for strategic planning and efficient execution, Cam ensures every phase runs smoothly and meets the highest standards. His dedication to quality, budget management, attention to detail and clear communication consistently delivers exceptional results and client satisfaction on every project.
Walter De Swardt
Chief Financial Officer
Walter is a qualified Accountant and Tax Practitioner with a drive for success. He completed his Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting at the University of the Free State in 2017, and uses his solution-oriented mindset to lead our Finance Department.
Tamzin Leonard (office staff)
Office Manager
Tamzin combines her excellent project management skills, her knowledge of the construction industry, and next-level organisational skills to run seamless administrative operations at the Godwin Projects office.
CP Meyer (office staff)
Financial Accountant
CP is a qualified accountant who completed his Bachelor of Commerce in accounting at the University of the Free State. He is extremely self-motivated, dedicated, and applies valuable skills to our Finance Department.
Wesley Mathieson
Project Manager
Wesley is a highly skilled and experienced project manager. He excels in design development and turnkey project delivery. Known for his precision, leadership and commitment to quality, he has successfully overseen high-profile commercial projects across Africa, including luxury hospitality developments, large-scale warehousing, office buildings, and shopping centres.
With 25 years in the industry – nine of them as a Senior Project Manager – Wesley has built a reputation for delivering complex projects on time and to the highest standards. After working abroad, he returned to South Africa four years ago to focus on residential construction, bringing his expertise to create exceptional homes and communities.
Jeffrey Sibambo
Quantity Surveyor
Jeffrey Sibambo is a seasoned Quantity Surveyor with nearly a decade of experience in managing residential and commercial projects. He holds a BSc in Construction Studies and a BSc Honours in Quantity Surveying from Wits University. Currently, Jeffrey serves as the Senior Quantity Surveyor at Godwin Projects, where he oversees the Cost functions within the Quantity Surveying Department, ensuring efficient and accurate cost management.
Warren Abrahams
Project Manager
Warren is a seasoned expert in all aspects of construction, with 35 years of experience. Known for his attention to detail and problem-solving skills, he has a deep understanding of building methods and materials.
Skilled in power tools and blueprint interpretation, he works closely with project teams to ensure precision and efficiency. Currently based in Cape Town, Warren’s practical approach and commitment to quality make him a key asset to the team.
